The short version: we only collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.

CAVU Creative is a Nomad Ventures, LLC company. This page explains what this website (cavucreative.co) collects, why, where it goes, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, the service you choose, and your message.
• A scrambled version of your IP address, briefly: to stop spam, the site counts how many messages come from the same connection. It stores your IP address only in scrambled (hashed) form, which can't be turned back into the address, and clears it automatically within an hour.
• Standard server logs: like nearly every website, our hosting server keeps routine technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security and troubleshooting.

What we don't do

• No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising on this site.
• No cookies for visitors. The only cookie the site uses is one essential login cookie in our private admin area, for our own staff.
• No outside services load when you visit: our fonts and images are served from our own server.
• We never sell, rent or trade your information.

How we use it

We use your contact details and message to reply to you, to quote and deliver the work you ask for, and to keep a record of our conversation.

Where it goes

When you send the form, your message is delivered by email to CAVU Creative's own mailbox, which is hosted with our web hosting provider. We don't pass it to anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to answer you and for normal business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request through the contact form and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change what the site collects, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
